New MD Makes his Mark!

Durham AV’s new owner is no stranger to business, having been a leading independent operator in the veterinary service industry. A logistics expert, David brings with him a wealth of expertise to lead Durham AV into the next era, meeting the technical challenges and service demands of the exhibition, venue and corporate event clients. From Melbourne, David is actively involved in the Think Pink Foundation which raises funds for women and their families suffering breast cancer, and has more than a passing interest in fine wine!

“I am delighted to be on the service side of this industry! For years I have been a client and participant at functions, launches and corporate events, so I hope I can bring to Durham AV a client’s perspective, coupled with my love for logistics and on-time performance. I can only speak highly of the company Peter has built and promise that my stewardship will be consistent with the passion and commitment Peter has shown his staff and clients over the years. I hope to bring a modern face to Durham AV and have already commenced an investment program into the technical stock and facilities team to meet the highest standards of the industry” said Hendel. “I like to be a very hands-on manager, so look out for me as the team bumps in, as I can often be found with a mike lead or plasma in my hands! I hope to get to meet everyone to introduce myself as soon as possible.”
